2. Please note that if you do not attach a mortgage pre-approval, pay stubs and bank statements, your application will not be considered complete.

4. HHA staff will review your application, reach out if there is any missing documentation and determine eligibility

5. If you are deemed eligible, the next step will be touring the units and filling out a Reservation Form.
